“While I had to wait a long time for the sofa, it does look very impressive and I was happy with the colour I chose as well (light beige). Delivery - unfortunately they have been very unflexible with the delivery, especially given that I had to wait 8 weeks for the sofa they have offered me one time slot when I was out of the country and it could not be changed. I had to ask a friend to be present for the delivery. Assembly - as mentioned above I was not able to be present for the assembly but as soon as I started using the sofa it became obvious that the pull out part was faulty or not put together properly as it kept falling out of the frame so it was practically not usable. I contacted msofas and they came to fix it straight away so I was very happy about this.”

“Sofa is very comfortable and looks even better than I thought. Delivery team was really proffesional and helpful. My only suggestion would be to made a holder straps to lift a part of sofa to make a bed-its almost impossible to lift it without the straps.”

“The Georgio range is an excellent kids range. Well made, safe (note the rounded edges) and reasonably priced. Fitting instructions are good. When done it looks really neat. Very smart and spacious, and looks very modern. In general, it takes a few weeks to receive the items. That was not an issue for me, and well worth the wait. M Sofas is an excellent company. Very helpful, very pleasant to deal with and very professional.”

“First im very happy i found msofas, prices good and also can pay monthly which is very good for my situation. I purchased Adel sofa, was very excited till i get it, took exactly 8weeks to wait, but it worth it..sofa looks fantastic, enough big for my living room and loads of space to sleep as well..would recommend to anyone..happy happy :)”

“Good service received from MSofas especially as I had to pre-agree a delivery date and time during a very busy period for them. The delivery was timely and smooth running - very polite delivery guys both of whom were professional and courteous even though they had a long drive ahead of them to Aberdeen and then back to Halifax! The delivery guys took a photograph of the delivered sofa in its new home. Just one thing of note: there is some damage (approximately 5 tears) to the white boarding underneath the bedding storage section of the sofa bed - this was not noticed until after delivery and inspection. Also, the fold out bed section has two leather handles which are used to pull the bed upwards - it would have been beneficial if the storage lift-up section also had a similar handle as this is fairly heavy to lift. Other than the above, a good quality product. Thank you Msofas.”

“The waiting was harsh mainly because we were sitting on a camping sofa while waiting for the new one! But it was well worth the waiting! We love it! Spend long hours in the living room now, we even leave it open as a bed so we can relax every day after work! The delivery team was impeccable. Best service I have come across with.”

“Quite simply the best purchase I have ever made. This sofa is beautiful and comfortable. I was well communicated with - I ordered it with the bed part on the left, however they emailed the next day to say that left meant when looking at the sofa - and after some discussion we got the side corrected! I ordered on the Wednesday night and by Sunday I was relaxing on the sofa. Absolutely fantastic service. The delivery boys were excellent and moved my old sofa for me and everything. Cannot fault anything and am so happy with the sofa and the service. Thank you!”
