“Excellent quality, amazing comfort corner sofa bed, exceeded our expectations! Customer service brilliant, sample of colours extrememy helpful. Delivery information very clear, delivery men professional, they have assembled the sofa. Quality checked before they’ve left. Msofas is the best on the UK market, and I have researched the market extensively!”

“The whole process of buying was nice and smooth. Before ordering I spoke with the adviser by the phone, about the fabrics, I've been told everything I needed without any pushing to made an order quicker. This sofa is the best one we ever sat on 🙂 It felt too firm at first, comparing to our old cheap one, but now while we get use to it it's so comfortable and we regret we haven't bought it years ago. So far so good , so happy with our order. Thanks Msofas !”

“Very happy with sofa, delivery drivers were great. However very unhappy with the customer service. There was an initial mistake with my order, which was fine - these things happen. However from that point onwards I was repeatedly mislead time and time again about how long it would take to rectify. Every time I was given an update about when to expect contact, it turned out not to be true. I was left paying for a sofa for months when I had not received it. If I had known how long it would take, I would have cancelled, or accepted it, but at least I would not have spent months wondering when it would arrive.”
