“We are really happy with our purchase! Buying sofa online is very much like a gambling game! We’ve lost in the past with other companies, but this time We won! Delivery was pretty fast (around 3-4 weeks) and it was delivered before Christmas just as promised ! We wanted something stylish, modern but practical and we decided on Caliana Corner Sofa Bed. The colour we chose is just as expected and quality is very good, sofa is heavy, sturdy and well built. It came very well wrapped and protected; We hopping it will last as for years, although the best time test will be our cat. Very happy and satisfied overall and highly recommend it.”

“I’m extreme unsatisfactorily. The order will not be delivered in time. After a few weeks of delay, I gave up my order. Despite this, I had to pay 25% of the cost. I do not recommend. I lost my time and money.”

“I ordered the Aramis Sofa Bed in Graceland teal. The colour is more of a teal green than a teal blue. It is also lighter than I thought it would be. Nevertheless, I really love this sofa bed. It is really comfortable. The click clack mechanism and size are perfect for my small space. The sleeping area is approx. 115 × 195 cm. It really brightens up the room - nice pop of colour. The material seems durable. I gave 4 stars as communication with the company was not great re: delivery. I spoke to someone on 2 occasions about delivery dates that I was guaranteed it would be delivered on and it seems my message was not passed on. Therefore, the 2 occasions I thought it was going to be delivered it never came. Then suddenly I got a delivery date by email that I had to completely change around my work schedule for. I had already lossed 2 days of work prior waiting for this sofa. But in fairness it was delivered within the 20 days fast delivery +/-. The delivery guys were very pleasant and my sofa was assembled and mechanism tested prior to leaving and they also took the packaging with them so that was great.”

“Darius from customer care was very helpful and responded very quickly; and the delivery drivers, one was called David, were extremely helpful and communicative. However, the sofa arrived broken at the bottom, we had to fix this. Apart from that, is very comfortable and looks nice.”

“I do not recommend at all!!!The worst quality encountered!!Not at all comfortable!!don't trust this company!! First of all, a sofa came to my house with small defects,as soon as the guys mounted it I noticed the defects and once they took pictures I was told that my defective parts would be replaced!!no one answers anymore!”

“Honestly, i was first concerned about ordering a sofa online, ie. does it look good quality in reality? Is it comfy? And when i saw this sofa has practically only 5 star reviews I thought immediately “it’s a scam”. But I ordered it anyway and i am truly surprised how amazing it looks & very comfy. Very quick delivery for a sofa before Christmas (1week early even), very good tracking service, helpful delivery guys. Very good to deal with the company. Excellent!”

“Really happy with our new sofa - so spacious and comfy. Took a bit of a risk ordering online without seeing the item in the flesh, but could not be happier. I had a few queries along the way which the customer services team were very quick to answer and help with. The delivery team were brilliant to deal with and the 2 guys that delivered it were first class.”
