“Very pleasant on email and telephone. Not able to expand on this as we have not yet caught up face to face. This is scheduled for 14 Sept and I was contacted by another of your team who is closer to me but failed to make the initial contact. Neither of my two original named choices made any contact.”

“Jo was great, the only thing I would say that was bad was I was charged £85 but was told at the beginning it was free but this was probably the Solicitors fault, the Solicitors was absolutely terrible.”
