“The Best Mortgage broker, very professional, they make your journey very smooth and effortless either as a first-time buyer, investment property or re-mortgaging, they give you regular updates on your ongoing mortgage, they are friendly and family orientated. “Daniel, Claire, and Nev have been very helpful, securing my mortgage offer. I can’t recommend Mortgage Light enough! Mortgage offer was given to me just over a month after my viewing. Fast service and very friendly. Daniel in particular has helped me out a lot, getting my mortgage in principle for me and explaining the process to me in my consultation. Highly recommend!”

“Getting my mortgage approved has been a very challenging, frustrating, and stressful time. Even more so as I’m buying on my own….without Michael’s help, support, persistence, and patience on this application I think I would have pulled my hair out!! I’ve never spoken to a calmer person, and he really had taken my mind of the process and knowing I could just leave him to fight my corner was a great help. All I can say is I would never use another company or person for a mortgage application. Thank you Michael & Nevetha you have been amazing throughout this process.”

“Jordan and Nevetha. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan and Nevetha to secure my first home. I could not have asked for a better service. Their response to phone calls and emails were almost instantaneous. No question was silly or too much hassle. They were both warm and welcoming and explained everything in so much detail. “Alex is the best mortgage broker you could wish for. We have worked with him multiple times over the last 10 years and every time we have found him to be polite, courteous, highly knowledgeable of all current mortgage products and extremely easy to interact with. Moving home can be a very stressful experience but Alex makes this part of it stress free. Once he understands your needs he works tirelessly and efficiently to get you the offer that most suits you. Nothing is too much trouble for him and I would highly recommend him and Mortgage Light to anyone wishing to either re-mortgage or move home. “Being made redundant and having to move into a horrible rented property at the beginning of the year, to now buying a house with a new job is really incredible and just shows how quickly things can change! This has been a very exciting and overwhelming experience being a first time buyer, I cant thank Rob and Nevetha enough for making this dream become reality, they've been so supportive, informative and so down to earth and honest when it came to answering my questions, They made me feel so positive through the whole process! “I recently conducted 2 re-mortgages with Mortgage Light. One of them took about 3 months to complete and an extensive amount of work to gather information. I have done multiple re-mortgages before so when I say extensive it was extensive. The service was poor with sending my personal data off to the wrong place (a data breach). Forgetting to progress my second mortgage transaction (causing me a loss of money as the mortgage lapsed into the higher rate). Staff being on holiday when I tried to contact them to progress things. Only when I started to complain did I start to gain traction. They then threatened to refer me to a debt collection agency when I did not pay immediately (was trying to do the mortgage documents). This was the second time that I have used Mortgage Light. The first time I had a great experience but that was a few years ago. Now I am going to avoid this company.”
