“I have had 3 mortgages arranged via mortgagelight dealing with Siobhan Ball directly and each time it has been fantastic. They are fast, efficient and don't confuse you with technical language that only a broker would understand. Any question is answered within 24 hours usually and she keeps me up to date on all progress of my application. Even stepped in to chase solicitors in a previous purchase where the transaction was being held up by them! Great service and really helpful team to take as much stress out of moving as possible!”

“Very happy with Mortgage Light overall and it was great to have their professional support all the way from the initial questions to getting the mortgage through. I felt that they went out of their way to help. As a first time buyer it is always daunting to try and get everything sorted and most importantly to be assured to get the best deal. “I can not recommend the Mortgage Light team highly enough. On coming to the end of my fixed rate term, I wanted to remortgage and fix for a further period, but most high street lenders couldn’t help me as the criteria for borrowing had changed a lot since taking out my original mortgage. However, never one to be beaten by a challenge, Siobhan spent hours searching the market for a suitable product on my behalf – and eventually found me a fixed rate deal of 1.64% - ironically with one of the high street banks who would not have been able to help had I approached them direct! The deal included free legals and free survey – and the whole process from application to completion took just two weeks. The result - a very stress free and simple transaction and an extremely happy customer.”

“Having never really entertained the idea that I would ever get out of the renting cycle, I couldn't have been more please to have met these guys. After spending half an hour chatting to Siobhan I had a deposit, Mortgage and was busy choosing the type and colour of my new carpets. I was truly amazed by the knowledge that these guys have in regards to the property market and the guidance given is second to none. Honestly these guys can work miracles. I have used the services of Siobhan and her team since to move to a bigger property and for life insurance and trust her explicitly with handling any of the mortgage renewals i will have coming in the future.”

“Very Punctual which i really liked when putting offers on houses. incredibly flexible with appointments and phone calls. i had an all round good service from Ales Stoyles. was very happy with the out come. also as i was a first time buyer it was made to be very easy for me so i didnt get bogged down with the details.”
