“My first time at Monsterplumb. I'm a DIY'er. I needed some parts that were beyond the capabilities of Screwfix et al, so I had to hunt around. I found Monsterplumb had the best prices for the parts I wanted - by a long way - and the easiest site to navigate and pick what I wanted. However, most impressive was that when I had a question, I emailed, quite expecting an automated reply at best, but I got a QUICK and spot-on helpful reply, solving the issue I had immediately. Definitely going to be my go-to place for such items next time.”

“Been using monsterplumb for a while mainly for copper fittings and consumables. Price is better than anywhere I can find locally and online. Service is second to none. Usually the next day for delivery and it’s free if you spend £100 which I always do. Never had an issue with any order, always present and correct. Highly recommended.”
