My first time at Monsterplumb. I'm a DIY'er. I needed some parts that were beyond the capabilities of Screwfix et al, so I had to hunt around. I found Monsterplumb had the best prices for the parts I wanted - by a long way - and the easiest site to navigate and pick what I wanted. However, most impressive was that when I had a question, I emailed, quite expecting an automated reply at best, but I got a QUICK and spot-on helpful reply, solving the issue I had immediately. Definitely going to be my go-to place for such items next time.
