“Excellent service, I buy from here regularly. One of the cheapest and most reliable online merchants that I've used. They let me down with my last order, marked as dispatched then didn't get sent. There were two items missing but nobody contacted me and I had to call. This is the first problem I have and it was quickly resolved but would have appreciated a call to let me know the delivery date had changed as I had work booked. Previously, I've had 5 or 6 orders with no issues and very quick delivery.”

As discussed in the E-Mail sent to you, unfortunately, the main item on your order, the Speedfit double check service valve, is currently out of stock, and advertised as so on the website when you purchased. We are awaiting stock of the item, and as soon as it comes back into stock your order will be despatched immediately. As mentioned in the E-Mail, leaving a negative review at midnight on a Saturday, because we did not get back to your E-Mail from Saturday afternoon when we are closed, we feel is a little unfair.
