Hello Julie, Apologies there has been a delay with your delivery. I can confirm it was despatched on the day of your order, for delivery the following day (Weds 16th Feb). You should have received confirmation E-Mail and SMS text message from APC who were delivering your parcel that this was the case. I can see from the tracking that there was a delay with the parcel getting to the delivery depot, which i imagine is due to the storms we are experiencing at the moment, but this should still have meant the delivery possible on Thursday/Friday. We will investigate with APC why this has not been delivered yet, and demand they do so ASAP. As soon as we have some answers for you we will get in touch to let you know exactly when to expect it. Again, many apologies for this delay and inconvenience caused.
Sorry but the product did not get delivered and has been returned. I am waiting for monsterplumb to let me know what is happening.

Hello Angela, Many apologies for the issue you have had with your delivery. As mentioned in our E-Mail to you today, we were completely unaware of any issue whatsoever with this delivery, the first we heard of any issue was this negative review. As you will be able to see from the tracking that told you it has been returned, we dispatched the item on time as we said we would, and the parcel has not arrived back to us, which if it would have, would have raised alarm bells as to a problem. You say you are waiting for us to let you know what is happening, well now we do know, we have got it sorted, and another parcel has been sent out at our first opportunity today for delivery to you tomorrow. We will deal with the missing parcel with DPD ourselves. We Just wish you would have let us know of a problem beforehand and give us the chance to do this, without feeling the need to leave a negative review first. We will always look to sort any issue out immediately to the best of our ability, but unfortunately we cannot do this if we do not know there is a problem. DPD are usually very good, but it does look on this occasion as though they could not have got it more wrong. Apologies again for the delay and issue experienced. Regards MonsterPlumb Ltd
I have ordered from Monsterplumb few times now. The order and materials choice is absolutely fine, however the DPD courier used is always shambles. Never get a message in when the parcel would be delivered and their system is never updated to show if and when they will deliver. Result: never get items on time as specified in original order. This is not just the case with Monsterplumb, but any company that uses DPD. Unfortunately The delivery company used is part of the whole service a company Supplies, therefore I would not order again. If I was Monsterplumb I would seriously change the delivery company used.

Good Afternoon Fausto, We do apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused buy this issue. As discussed in our correspondence, it is rare to encounter such an issue with DDP ourselves, their success rate is way, way better than a lot of their competitors, we have experienced this first hand. Looking back at your past orders their does not seem to have been any issues, so we can only guess this is a recent issue within your locality, if you have also experienced it from other companies using DPD. We do use FedEx as a secondary courier, and they come into us every day to collect at lunchtime, so if you did want to order again, then please drop us an E-mail after ordering, requesting the delivery to be made by FedEx, that is no problem at all. Apologies again for the issue with this order.
Apparently your parcel arrived and the delivery driver put a note said he put a note in postbox stating that no one was at home he was lying no note was left ,we were at home all day .The next day, He again tried to deliver apparently the parcel and it was refused again he's lying ,he never came to our house .The following day I telephoned the Depot and told them that I would pick the parcel up myself ,which I did ,leaving my wife at home alone as she is recovering after an operation.The clerk at the depot was not very forthcoming when I related my tale of woe.In fact he could not have cared less. The journey from my house to their depot is about 20 miles round trip, and on the way there i was caught on a speed camera, doing 37in a 30 area .A near perfect end to a great day. Good Afternoon Bill, I am sorry to hear you experienced issues with the delivery. This is the first time you have communicated with us about any issue whatsoever with your delivery, which was carried out for us by DPD. We cannot understand this, as If you would have let us know when the actual issues were happening we could have tried to resolve them for you, and saved you having to collect from the depot. Unfortunately, letting us know 9 days later through a review website, we cannot do a thing about it. We use DPD for nearly all our deliveries, because they are the most reliable next day courier out there, unfortunately there is not a courier out there who is perfect. On this occasion they have let both ourselves and you down with their service, all of your issues stated above are with DPD not ourselves, and we have no control over if the driver lied or the guy not being very sympathetic at the depot, but we will pass these comments on to our DPD account manager for investigation.
