“I've been using MonsterPlumb Ltd for my plumbing supplies for a while now, and they've been consistently reliable. The ordering process is straightforward, prices are competitive, and they usually have the parts I need in stock. Deliveries have been quick, which is important when you're trying to keep jobs on schedule. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I've had questions or needed to sort out an order. As a tradesperson, I appreciate suppliers that make things easy and dependable, and MonsterPlumb has done that for me. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing supplier.”

Helpful Report

“No issues with the order”

Helpful Report

“A good range of products that are all well described and at good prices, and the website is easily navigable. The communications were good and the items were despatched very timeously. I do wish, however, that it was passible to have made a "guest" order without a login profile being necessary because I have more than enough passwords to try and remember.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered niche shower insert shelf @ £78.45. Cancelled my order stating "the shipment has been severely delayed by 6-8 weeks" and cancelled my order. I went online straight away and the same product is now being sold for £126. They lied about the reason for cancelling. Could have been honest about it i.e incorrect price on website instead of of trying to pull the wool over customer eyes.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service.Web site easy to use and a wide range of equioment.”

“No fuss, no nonsense, the order was small and domestic and posed no 'minimum spend' problems, the product I ordered was very competitive priced, postage and packing realistic, despatched and received in record time. Fantastically refreshing service in this day and age. Thank you so much.”
