“It was the first time I have used this company but was so impressed with the excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong programmer and so returned knowing that I would need to pay the return cost and asked for a different type, as a gesture of goodwill Chad Weaver refunded the postage for the new programmer that I ordered. That was very kind and I have now saved them in my bookmarks for any other items I might need. An excellent company to buy from and speedy delivery too! Recommend to everyone!”

“Chad or Monsterplumb has quite possibly been the most helpful merchant that I have purchased from ever. Firstly, after placing my order on a Sunday, I had an email by 9am monday as it was processed and details of dispatch were given, next day signed for delivery as standard! I asked Chad to hold my order back by a day so that I would be in to receive the package which he quickly confirmed wasn't a problem. After taking delivery, I opened the package to find that I had received the wrong model of thermostat (multiple versions of the same on in different configurations). I rang up and chad was happy to help down the phone, firstly apologising that it may have been a warehouse error and he would endeavour to send out the correct one. Upon checking, it was in fact an error on my behalf, I had ordered a "wired" version of the Danfoss TP5000, instead of a "mains" version of the TP5000. After a few emails with images of the one I which I was trying to replace, Chad got the information from the manufacturer, packaged up the correct replacement and dispatched again, the same day with next day delivery. Fantastic customer experience, extremely helpful and I will definitely be coming back to purchase from Monsterplumb for any further needs, Thanks chad! 5*****”
