Good Afternoon Bryan, thank you very much for your feedback, I am very sorry you did not receive your delivery the next day as both scheduled and notified by us. I can assure you it was booked in and collected from us for delivery within 24 hours on the Thursday evening. I will be investigating the matter further with the courier. From today onwards we are now using Parcelforce next day courier, which will give customers much greater flexibility. This gives the option to track, change delivery date, deliver to local post office, and the driver will now notify an hour before delivery via text message to save waiting around all day. “Delivery? Still waiting for my product to show up, which was apparently consigned by Royal Mail to arrive on Tuesday... will wait and see if it turns up on Friday! Annoying when you are told you have to have someone available to sign for it... Monsterplumb must know it wasn't delivered by now. No response from them either. Quick enough to take my money though. Update Seems Monsterplumb not to blame - but courier, leaving no notification and it being taken in by neighbour who was then away for several days! Monstreplumb quick to react to email response and provided evidence of where product got delivered to allow me to recover it... well done! Right product, actually arrived on time, right price.”

Good Evening Stuart. We apologise you have not received your order yet, we had absolutely no idea of this situation as we had been notified by APC, the 24 hour courier we use that the parcel had been taken in on the advised date and signed for by a neighbour. Unfortunately it seems like they have not left a card to notify you of this. As both discussed in an E-Mail and telephone call which we made within an hour of you notifying us of the situation, we now hope that you can retrieve the parcel from your neighbour, and are awaiting to hear from you to ensure you have received it. We can only apologise that the courier did not leave a card to inform you, this is completely out of our hands i'm afraid, and I will be investigating with the courier as this is in our trading agreement with them that it does happen. This was done with no fuss, the price was excellent and the delivery was very quick. You could not ask for better service.
