“I was more than impressed with the service received from Monsterplumb. I originally rang with a querie and whilst awaiting an answer had to hang up as my front door bell rang. Within a few minutes, to my surprise, I had a phone call back from the company. They were able to answer my question, resulting in me placing an order. They beat every other supplier on cost. The items were delivered as promised the following day. No question; they will be my first 'port of call' next time.”

“Fantastic service, I wanted to make sure that they had the thermostat that I needed in stock and I got a call back confirming it was in stock and would be delivered next day as requested. I then got messages confirming that the order had been processed, and then a message from parcel force to confirm it was on its way, and then duly arrived. The thermostat was packaged well and in perfect condition, so very happy with Monsterplumb and will certainly be shopping with them again.”
