Beautiful product, beautifully presented. However, just after couple of wears by a baby the bangle we bought for her first Birthday got damaged. After contacting customer service, I was informed it was damaged due to ‘enlarging space between adjusters’ (so by using it) and there is nothing the Molly Brown can do. So no we are stuck with damaged bangle and feeling of disappointment.

Dear Oxana, I am very sorry for your disappointment with our response. I have reviewed the photographs and emails from our team and unfortunately it does appear that the bangle adjusters are in a different position. The spacing between the adjusters from the images you sent us has been enlarged, any change to the shape will lead to damage which I am very sorry to see has happened. The adjusters are designed to expand over the widest part of the wrist between 4.8cm and 5.2cm, which means it will not sit tighter than 4.8cm as this mechanism acts like a spring. This is stated within the product specifications: https://www.mollybrownlondon.com/childs-christening-bangle.html Product Specification: The bangle has a diameter of 4.8cm, to 5.2cm fully expanded. Please note this standard industry size; the bangle will expand over the widest part of the hand but will not sit tighter than at 4.8cm around her wrist. It is a keepsake gift that she should be able to wear until around the age of three. Baby bangles should not be forced to fit a smaller size, as this risks damaging the product and will not be accepted as a return. Honest review , pictures show a magnified version on certain products been bought ie stone sizes etc . Support is terrible and no refund issued dude to , well the state of the company . Save yourself the hassle and just find somewhere else

Our jewellery is sized for children, and proportions are taken into account during the design process. The jewellery is simple, but sophisticated, and we believe that the sizing is perfect for little girls as well as teenagers. Dear Mary, Thank you for your recent order with Molly Brown London. As you ordered after the advertised 1pm GMT cut off for dispatch on the 11th the order was processed, and dispatched for you at the earliest on the​ 12th. The shipping method chosen to your destination country was the free standard delivery for which we quote ​another 8 business days for delivery after dispatch as indicated on the website, as this does not include weekends this would be the 24th within this timeframe. Sadly, customer service very poor. What ever happen to working with your customer to make things right. I will never recommend nor use again. Hid behind email communication rather than talking to a customer.

Dear Regina, We are disappointed to see your review. I have checked and I can confirm that no engraving request was entered with your order, and I am very sorry that you made a mistake when the order was placed. We receive engraving requests exactly as they are entered on the website it is then received onto our system, and because we machine engrave it is then sent to the warehouse and placed into a machine as a script file. I have checked your order details and attached this for you, and according to this you have not requested, or specified any engraving. Currently too big for my 11m old daughter, I thought you could make it smaller if needed but seems I read the description wrong. The engraving isn't very deep either, and it sits more towards the bottom of the bangle whereas I assumed it would of been done centrally. I personally wouldn't recommend this product

Rubbish customer service, poor quality products. I would strongly advice reading trust pilot reviews before purchasing. And don’t personalise so you can return the item if you’re unhappy with it.

Jag har väntat på Min order utan ny uppdatering i 10 dagar nu! När jag chatta med kundtjänst sa dom att jag kommer att få mitt paket ungefär Om 6 arbetsdagar . Det har gått över 6 dagar och det finns ingen ny uppdatering över min order! Jag börjar känna att jag blir lurad på mina pengar. Det skulle inte ta så långt tid att få hem det och 10 dagar utan uppdatering är inte heller något bra. Jag får samma svar av kundtjänst varje gång jag frågar dom om min order. Ingen hjälp alls!

I bought this Bracelet for my god daughter for her first holy communion. She wore it for the first time going to the church on her special day and the diamond has fallen out and lost by the end of mass. We’re both devastated

Delivery was quick but the Kiss on the necklace is minute, the photo proportions are very misleading, definitely not worth £70, got to get another gift to go with it now. The chain is ok though.

I ordered a bracelet shortly before Christmas to be delivered at my friends place. I checked the tracking that the parcel has been delivered even if my friends were not home during Christmas (assumed that the parcel has been put in the letter box…). When my friends came back from holidays (mid-January), they checked their letter box and there was no parcel. We contacted Molly Brown but they told us that is was too late because we should have sent a complain before a 7-day period…. They were not helpful at all in trying to track the parcel, did not offer an alternative. Very bad experience overall…

I ordered two identical necklaces for Christmas gifts. Theses were delivered well in time for Christmas and put away. On Xmas day they were opened and one was found to be tarnished. Customer service proved to be less than helpful insisting that this is a natural phenomenon and would not offer any help, other than to recommend I should clean the tarnished one with an appropriate cloth, It was suggested that handling whilst packaging could have been a contributing factor but would not accept any responsibility for the tarnished item.The least I would have expected Molly Brown to have done in the spirit of good customer service would have been to offer a replacement or at least to have offered to have it cleaned. Failing to receive a satisfactory response from them will stop me from ordering anything else from them in the future and will not miss any opportunity to explain the poor service received.

Molly Brown London is widely regarded as the leading, quality children's jewellery brand and we pride ourselves on the high quality jewellery in our collections. We do not send tarnished jewellery to customers, all jewellery is sent in perfect condition. However, we understand that in this instance, the jewellery had been stored and as with any sterling silver product, tarnishing may occur. It is completely natural for sterling silver or gold plated sterling silver to tarnish, when it has been stored for long periods. This is not a fault. This does not mean that the product is poor quality, the jewellery simply needs cleaning to restore it to its original beauty. We provide a Care Card with all purchases as well as information on how to care for sterling silver and gold vermeil jewellery in the Jewellery Care section of our website. l now have to pay £60 for somethinThe bracelet is very tiny and flimsy and it was too small for my wrist. When I attempted to return it I was refused due to it being personalised with the name mam on it. I argued that my son wilg I can't ware but I was still refused and told I could buy a bracket extension. SO... not only has my son paid £60 for a bracket that's worth probably £30 he now has to buy an extension so it will fit....

Whilst the jewellery will fit many adults and certainly well into adulthood, we cannot guarantee that the jewellery will fit all ladies wrists. The bracelet sizing is set out clearly on the website and we also provide a size guide to help customers when purchasing jewellery. I bought a necklace with an initial engraved ,the engraving was very poor i have had to have it redone ,i could not send it back as it was ordered with an initial.I was very disappointed.
