Engraving is very poor, you can barely see it. Site advertised as next day delivery, order confirmation stated next day however when I queried late delivery, I was told it was due to the bank holiday and standard delivery is 3-5 working days!. If the bank holiday is affecting your business hours, your site should reflect this! Also don’t advertise as next day for an 3 to 5 day turnaround. Only ordered because of next day delivery. Packaging is nice, only positive. Wouldn’t purchase from Molly Brown again. Engraving is so poor it looks cheap.

Regarding delivery as indicated on the website we dispatch orders on the same day up to 1pm GMT Monday - Friday Excluding Bank Holidays. We do offer UK Next Working Day via Royal Mail Special Delivery which costs £7.50, however you did not select this service. The service you chose was the FREE 3-5 working day delivery service and owing to your order being placed over the Closed Bank Holiday period would be the 9th within this timeframe. I have always been pleased with Molly Briwn, however I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter for her birthday, I ordered it in enough time but it did not arrive. I sent an email stating how I was disappointed and waited for a reply - which is I am still waiting for!!

Dear Sarbdip, Unfortunately we did not receive any email from you, for this we are very sorry as we always aim to reply to customers as soon as possible. As mentioned on the website we dispatch orders up to 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), I can see your order was placed on Saturday 30th Dec and so it was processed and shipped on the next working day at the earliest which was the 2nd Jan. The shipping method chosen was the Free standard delivery for which we quote ​another 3-5 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch, which would be 8th within this timeframe. I ordered a chin with a locket, the locket was a bit like tin, not very good quality at all. And you don't add a photo to the locket which isn't convenient. The necklace was too expensive for the quality i was very disappointingin that. On the plus side packaging was lovely and the bracket was better quality.

Lovely locket but very difficult to open it and not really sure how the mini photos suppose to stay inside..wrapped beautifully but wouldn't buy it again.

Hi Monika, The locket openings can be a little stiff in the beginning this is important for the locket closure mechanism to be strong to ensure the locket stays closed, and over time from opening and closing will become easier. Inside the locket there is a lip & grove design to securely fix a small photo cut to size. The items I purchased were beautiful upon delivery. My 3 year old scratched the name bracelet almost immediately. (Same day) The engraving is not very deep and essentially the scratch wore away one of the letters. Shipping took forever and was not very accurate. Parcel was left in my mailbox despite wanting to sign for the package.

The jewellery has been great! However this time I’ve been terribly disappointed with the delivery service. The order was shipped on 5/4/22 and today it’s 15/4/22. I was hoping to have the item in time for the christening on 14/4/22. Tomorrow my brother and his daughter leave for the USA and I’ll have to wait until I see them next to present the gift to his daughter. Real shame.

Hello We are disappointed by this review and sorry that you have been disappointed by the product. Molly Brown London used 1pt diamonds in its collections and is the only children's jewellery brand to use this size diamond. Other companies use diamond chips, described as 'an essence of a diamond'. The product descriptions give full sizing and stone sizing and so we hope that this gives as true and clear indication of the size of this child's starter diamond. Kind regards Molly Brown London

Returned it. Way too small for a first holy communion. Fine for a baby but not for an 8/9 yr old. It shouldn’t be included in the search criteria for first holy communion.

The bracelet is 17cms in full length, and therefore it is larger in size than most children's jewellery sizes found in the industry. Of course everybody's bone structure is different and so we offer a Will it Fit? guide on the website so that customers can check sizing before they order. We hope this information has been helpful. The products are lovely and the packaging is beautiful. No need to order gift wrap as the packaging is just perfect. However, the after sales is poor. I received no confirmation email (on either of my 2 purchases) and my email to them on this matter was ignored. Can’t fault the products though. Quite lovely!
