I ordered a bracelet shortly before Christmas to be delivered at my friends place. I checked the tracking that the parcel has been delivered even if my friends were not home during Christmas (assumed that the parcel has been put in the letter box…). When my friends came back from holidays (mid-January), they checked their letter box and there was no parcel. We contacted Molly Brown but they told us that is was too late because we should have sent a complain before a 7-day period….
They were not helpful at all in trying to track the parcel, did not offer an alternative. Very bad experience overall…
