“I’ve ordered once before and loved the bracelet for my niece and had no issues with delivery. This time around I’ve had issues with delivery and I have not been happy with their customer service. I will not order again from here.”

As we have explained in our recent correspondence, your order was dispatched promptly; however, international delivery estimates do not include the time taken for Customs clearance. Your parcel is currently being held for processing by the US federal authorities, a mandatory procedure within the destination country that is entirely outside of our control. We have been monitoring your tracking daily to ensure you receive an update as soon as the US authorities release the shipment to your local courier. Delivery to the Netherlands was very quick and no problems with communication etc. Engraving adds the extra special personalisation for a keepsake gift for a newborn.
