“Looks amazing, but the quality is awful. It is advertised and targeted as kids’ jewellery, so you would expect it to be more durable. Unfortunately, the metal is extremely soft. It was gifted on Christmas Day and was already dented by the end of the day just from trying to open the locket (which is the whole point of a locket, no?).”

Silver is a precious metal and is naturally soft, which is why we recommend that all items are handled with care. “I bought a silver personalised babies bracelet with a heart and small diamond in it, for my 18 month old Grandaughter. Molly Brown sent emails regularly to inform me of when I would receive my gift. The packaging was perfect , and my daughter said, it was like opening the Russian dolls, as you would open one thing after another to reveal the beautiful gift at the end in a pouch. It came with a gif bag and ribbon. So thoughtful. It made my gift extra special. It’s a forever keepsake. Thank you Molly Brown.”

“The bracelet it's self is lovely but I do have an issue with the free engraving, to a point that I would say don't have and get it engraved elsewhere. It's too faint and struggle to see it.”

I have checked the details of your order and can confirm that no engraving request was entered for the item when the order was placed. Your order confirmation email, sent to you shortly after placing your order, confirms that no engraving was included in the order details. If you would like to have the heart engraved now: We do know that some customers choose to have their items engraved locally by a hand engraver, and most independent jewellers can provide this service. Alternatively, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unworn, non-personalised, and in its original packaging.
