I have checked the details of your order and can confirm that no engraving request was entered for the item when the order was placed. Your order confirmation email, sent to you shortly after placing your order, confirms that no engraving was included in the order details. If you would like to have the heart engraved now: We do know that some customers choose to have their items engraved locally by a hand engraver, and most independent jewellers can provide this service. Alternatively, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unworn, non-personalised, and in its original packaging. “It was a gift for my grandniece's christening. She's only 4 months old so the bracelet was still way too big for her, even on the smallest link. I'm still glad I bought it because it will last her entire childhood. Her mom sent me a video when they received it thoroughly enjoyed the unboxing. It was gift wrapped beautifully. It arrived very quickly in Canada. I would definitely order from here again.”
