“It is a very pretty necklace, though I was disappointed that the initial was not on the heart, even though I had put the name in.”

I have checked the details of your order and can confirm that no engraving request was entered for the item when the order was placed. Your order confirmation email, sent to you shortly after placing your order, confirms that no engraving was included in the order details. If you would like to have the heart engraved now: We do know that some customers choose to have their items engraved locally by a hand engraver, and most independent jewellers can provide this service. Alternatively, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unworn, non-personalised, and in its original packaging. “I ordered the lovely bracelet for my granddaughter’s first Holy Communion. When I opened the package I thought how small it was. However, when attached to her wrist, it was absolutely beautiful, she was thrilled to receive it. Thanks so very much for the beautiful bracelet. Ann”

“Dear MB, Yes the bracelet arrived. I was disappointed by its very light weight. I mean, it felt like costume jewelry. It certainly looks nice but perhaps I'm just earning abut newer jewellery, about price poibts and what the real cost of production is.”

“Beautiful, bought for my granddaughters christening . How ever it's a picture locket & previous lockets I've bought have had a card inside as a template. Bit disappointed as I had to guess & push the tiny pictures into the tiny heart Not the neatest”

“Was really pleased with the christening gift of a charm bracelet and charm for my goddaughter. So pretty and perfect for a special gift. The only slight negative I have, the charm that I ordered with the bracelet was engraved with an initial, the engraving was very light so you couldn’t really see the initial.”

Hi Megan, The order was dispatched on time using the Express Air Courier service, which we quote as 2 working days from the dispatch date, provided there are no delays due to local customs. Unfortunately, the parcel was held for a customs review, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. “The child’s gold plated heart locket received was very sweet, but I must say that the initial engraving is barely visible. When I first inspected it, I first thought that they forgot to engrave it altogether. But when holding it in a specific light and angle I can see that there is a barely there engraved ‘S’ on the necklace.”
