Bought for a xmas present for my 5 yr old grandaughter who is obsessed with my heart locket. The locket arrived quickly the box is a bit damaged (i will need to glue it). The locket itself is pretty however its much lighter in weight and i dont think its quite worth the money.

Product was lovely better than the photos. But the promised 3-5 day delivery did not happen. Parcel farce is a terrible choice. They never meet the 3-5 day promise. Don’t understand why anyone uses them.

We use Royal Mail for our Free UK deliveries, and while they are usually very reliable, occasional delays can happen which are beyond our control. The bracelet itself is sweet but the engraving is very light and barely noticeable. I would have been even more disappointed if engraving had not been free. Packaging is beautiful, so nice to give as gift.

The necklace is pretty but I can barely see the initial letter and the birthstone is very very small.

The item was beautifully packaged but I felt it did not represent value for the money charged. The chain was very thin and the initial disc and star were miniscule. Quite disappointing. It would also be better if the item was displayed in the usual way in the box and not in a small.plastic bag.

Christening bracelet arrived very promptly and beautifully packaged. However, it wasn’t like the picture as it did not have 2 crosses on either side of the bracelet. Also disappointed with the personalisation as barely legible.

Hi there, Sorry to hear that the necklace did not did not fit. 14'' is the industry size for a child’s necklace, and most of our necklaces are 16'' full length and therefore larger in size than most children's jewellery sizes. Of course everybody's bone structure is different, and so we list all the measurements and dimensions so that customers can check the sizing before they order. Nice shopping process, shiny silver all looking good but the name plate had a dot on it which can’t be polished which is not great. The box also doesn’t look great quality. The edges are kinda broken.

The cross was smaller than I thought it would be so a bit disappointed. Years ago I bought one of your child necklaces at Fortnum & Masons which truly was amazing. For the amount I paid, I thought it would be more substantial. I was left wondering if you have downgraded your stock over the years? That said, the sales assistant I spoke to by phone on the day of purchase was very helpful, the item arrived on time and it was in good condition. Thanks
