“Nice shopping process, shiny silver all looking good but the name plate had a dot on it which can’t be polished which is not great. The box also doesn’t look great quality. The edges are kinda broken.”

We use state of the art engraving machines used throughout the jewellery industry. We have worked closely with the engraving company and every piece of jewellery in the collections has been optimised by them to achieve the best engraving results. We also offer a preview function on the website to help you decide on different font options and how your chosen engraving will look. We use state of the art jewellery engraving machines and the engraving needle is set to the deepest available in the industry, this is so the engraving is perfectly inscribed each time without variation. If you were not aware we do also have a preview function on the website to help you decide on different font options and how engraving will look depending on the length of the name. “The cross was smaller than I thought it would be so a bit disappointed. Years ago I bought one of your child necklaces at Fortnum & Masons which truly was amazing. For the amount I paid, I thought it would be more substantial. I was left wondering if you have downgraded your stock over the years? That said, the sales assistant I spoke to by phone on the day of purchase was very helpful, the item arrived on time and it was in good condition. Thanks”

“Truthfully I thought the bracelet too heavy for a baby/toddler!! I would have returned it but in my ignorance I had it engraved!! Nevertheless it's the thought that counts!! Packaging was lovely. I would advise see if you like the product before engraving - this can be done later.”

The Molly Brown London jewellery is sized for children and so would be a little smaller that some adult pieces, not by much, but of course the proportions are taken into account during the design process. The jewellery is simple but sophisticated, and we believe that the sizing is perfect for little girls as well as teenagers.
