Dear Tania We understand that the customer care team did their very best to try and support you with the timely delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to control third party delivery companies and particularly at this very busy time of year, there can be hold ups. We pride ourselves on our customer care and know how important it is that all deliveries arrive within the timeframes outlined on the site. Dear Mrs King We are so sorry to see this review as your tracking shows that the item was delivered to you in Australia. There was a slight delay as for some reason your parcel was held in customs and unfortunately, these things are beyond our control. I have spoken with Customer Care and I understand that we emailed you immediately regarding this issue after you first alerted us via email. It would be worth checking your junk mail for the order confirmation email as these are sent automatically by the website and sometimes end up there. “A bit disappointed with how cheap the necklace looked, I liked the packaging but would prefer a traditional necklace box, the cheap organza bright pink pouch, with the necklace in a plastic bag when delivered does give it the essence of tat.”

Hello This is very disappointing feedback to read as we take great pride in the quality of the jewellery in the collections and Molly Brown London is widely regarded as the leading children's jewellery brand in the UK. The packaging is award winning and has been described as 'Some of the best in the industry' at the UK Jewellery Awards. Depending on the piece, the jewellery is sometimes sent in small plastic protection bags, as this prevents any fine surface scratching in transit. “Bought the bracelet for my four year old grandaughters christening gift however, within an hour of her wearing it the pearl had fallen off and due to it's tiny size had no chance of finding it. Very disappointed as the bracelet was relatively expensive for the quality.”
