Earrings look nothing like picture and absolutely do not look like they should be £50.00 slightly disappointed as can’t return , would I recommend no and put off purchasing a bracelet no aswell

I'm very disappointed, I bought my daughter a gold bracelet when she was born, it arrived with a chip in which took away the plating.. I wasn't aware it was plated, for the price I paid I thought it was solid gold. They sent a replacement and I kept it in the box in the cupboard and today is my daughters first birthday and I have taken the bracelet out and its covered in brown spots? Almost like rust.

Tried to contact them over a late delivery "although we paid extra for early delivery" for a christening bracelet, same excuse of them having a fault on their phone system, appalling customer service, seems they have gone back to the past i.e. got the order and money forget the customer and referrals

Customers can also reach the Customer Care team via LiveChat or via the Contact Us form on the website, or by email at customercare@mollybrownlondon. Your order was placed on 15th July, dispatched on the 15th July and delivered on the 17th July. The service chosen was an Express 1-2 working day delivery service and we are pleased to confirm that your order was delivered on time, in fact it was early, delivered on the Saturday rather than the Monday. When we called you unfortunately, the phone was hung up, however, we also emailed you. I’m disgusted with the personalised bracelet I purchased, you cannot read the engraving unless you are really close up, this was very clear on the selling page. Of course nothing can be done about this. I paid for luxury packaging, this was damaged. No refund offered, I will advise future customers to keep away.

This was a special gift for 1st birthday. Bracelet wasn’t presented nicely. Card was misspelled and no apology given apart from offering me a blank card. Really disappointed. Do not waste your money.

I ordered a babies bangle. It came soaking wet. Box soaking bangle soaking. I opened the boxes. Tried the bangle on my daughter. It was huge. It only has one size. It’s expandable although stay at a bigger or smaller size. It’s huge on my newborn daughter and tiny on my 10 month old niece. I emailed through as this is faulty. Was given a rubbish email saying they won’t help me. Absolutely disgusted. Now I’m stuck £145 down and a rubbish bangle that’s no good for anyone.

Wouldn’t buy again. Ordered online and package arrived so damaged that it was a miracle the bracelet I bought wasn’t damaged. Very disappointed as I had purchased as a gift

I have returned the bracelets I ordered as I was extremely disappointment with the quality of the product. It was not as expected and the birth stones casing looked cheap and tacky

The necklace I bought with a 14_16inch chain was too short ,I asked if I could return this but it was engraved with the letter m so they wouldn’t let me return it ,even though I would have bought another necklace with a longer chain very disappointed and will not be shopping with them again
