“I have always been pleased with Molly Briwn, however I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter for her birthday, I ordered it in enough time but it did not arrive. I sent an email stating how I was disappointed and waited for a reply - which is I am still waiting for!!”

Dear Sarbdip, Unfortunately we did not receive any email from you, for this we are very sorry as we always aim to reply to customers as soon as possible. As mentioned on the website we dispatch orders up to 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), I can see your order was placed on Saturday 30th Dec and so it was processed and shipped on the next working day at the earliest which was the 2nd Jan. The shipping method chosen was the Free standard delivery for which we quote another 3-5 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch, which would be 8th within this timeframe. We are pleased to confirm that your order was delivered on time, in fact it was delivered 2 days early on the 6th January.
