“The bracelet itself is sweet but the engraving is very light and barely noticeable. I would have been even more disappointed if engraving had not been free. Packaging is beautiful, so nice to give as gift.”

“I purchased a necklace for my daughter’s birthday and selected the wrong postage meaning it wouldn’t get here in time. I emailed customer services who sorted this straight away and have hopefully saved the day !”
