“Quick delivery; I requested that my friend's daughter's birthday was in a few days, so they dispatched it right away. She loved the bracelet and was impressed by the nice packaging. I am happy I bought the bracelet due to the experience and the fact that she loved it.”

“I’ve ordered once before and loved the bracelet for my niece and had no issues with delivery. This time around I’ve had issues with delivery and I have not been happy with their customer service. I will not order again from here.”

As we have explained in our correspondence, your order was dispatched promptly; however, international delivery estimates do not include any time taken for local Customs clearance. Your parcel was held for processing by the US federal authorities, a mandatory procedure within the destination country that is entirely outside of our control. We were monitoring your tracking daily to ensure you received an update as soon as the US authorities released the shipment to your local courier. We appreciate that border delays are frustrating, but we remained committed to providing you with all available information throughout the process. Delivery to the Netherlands was very quick and no problems with communication etc. Engraving adds the extra special personalisation for a keepsake gift for a newborn.
