“Product was lovely better than the photos. But the promised 3-5 day delivery did not happen. Parcel farce is a terrible choice. They never meet the 3-5 day promise. Don’t understand why anyone uses them.”

We use Royal Mail for our Free UK deliveries, and while they are usually very reliable, occasional delays can happen which are beyond our control. We appreciate how disappointing this is, and we are also disappointed because the jewellery was sent in a timely manner for you, so it is very frustrating when we are let down by a third-party provider. “The bracelet itself is sweet but the engraving is very light and barely noticeable. I would have been even more disappointed if engraving had not been free. Packaging is beautiful, so nice to give as gift.”
