“The bracelet itself is sweet but the engraving is very light and barely noticeable. I would have been even more disappointed if engraving had not been free. Packaging is beautiful, so nice to give as gift.”

“I purchased a necklace for my daughter’s birthday and selected the wrong postage meaning it wouldn’t get here in time. I emailed customer services who sorted this straight away and have hopefully saved the day !”

“I have yet to see the necklace (or the new baby) as it was a gift and delivered directly to the new parents. However I have had messages to say how thrilled they were to receive the gift and seemed genuinely happy.”

“The jewellery from this company is beautiful. Ordered a silver braclet with name inscribed on it for a friends daughter and she loves it. The jewellery comes in beautiful packaging and gift box and looks amazing. All delivered very quickly. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.”

“I ordered a bracelet for my God Daughter and did not receive any updates from the shipping company they use. I emailed Molly Brown for a follow up and they were amazing. The same woman emailed me multiple times with their follow-ups as they looked into the shipping and I received my bracelet a few days later. The costumer service was great and I appreciated the quick responses and feedback. The bracelet was beautiful and perfect. Thank you again “Caroline” for all your help.”

“Granddaughter (9) was delighted with her cross necklace for her first communion. It is the first piece of proper jewellery she has had except for a watch; the others being frienship bracelets or items made from craft kits. I was pleased with the item and the way it was presented. I will be back to purchase more for other occassions.”
