Before I placed an order for a birthday gift,I asked the robot chat box if my delivery would arrive in the stated "24-48hrs".The chatbox never replied so I ordered later that morning as I still time.I received good service from Molloys until they gave it to Fastway Couriers and this went from bad to worse. In short, they didn't deliver within the estimated time, they didn't answer emails, calls or messages. The package could NOT be tracked. Turns out it is "dispatched to courier" in 24-48hrs. Molloys need to fix their Website and change courier company. This company passed my delivery address a number of times from collection to delivery. Very bad courier service. Staff very helpful in Molloys when I called though.

The package has not yet arrived at St Brendan's House, Woodbrook, Bray A98XV30 (Beside Woodbrook College). One week later!

I ordered mini bottles of tequila rose on 16th Jan. On 17th I received a message from fast way saying my order was on the way and collected from Molloys. No updates after this. Tracking currently says on 17th it was on the way to the depot in the midlands. On 21st I tried to reach out to fastway asking for an update. On 22nd I sent a follow up email and still have no reply. On 23rd I tried to contact Molloys to see if they could help, no reply. Today (23rd) I get an automated email from Molloys asking for a review but I have no product to review.

I have ordered from this company and still awaiting for order to be delivered yes there is tracking and when doing so says product was damaged but never heard another word. If I track again still no update still saying product damaged Not a happy customer

I got the beer advent calendar last year and thought it was brilliant. The box was well made and each can had its own place. I decided to get it again this year but the quality of the item was a lot worse. The cans all were in one corner of the box. I had to open the box to make sure they were all there which they were but some were dented. I've not gone for a refund as I still want to try the beer. But I would not be ordering again.

Package was marked as delivered, never arrived, fastway tracking shows tgr item as returned to sender and damaged.

The photo of the Tyrconnell Whiskey bottle on the website didn't match the design of the labels on the bottles delivered. Its Tyrconnel Whiskey for sure inside. I just thought I was getting the prettier original label. 2nd time I've experienced this lack of continuity between what is shown on the photo and what is sent by Molloys.

The package was not delivered. I checked with the courier, fastway and it was reported as damaged. Molloys and fastway were not in contact so for a week, nothing happened. I then contacted Molloys who just said they can resend or offer my money back. Not a positive experience at all and I do not feel like a valued customer

My order has not been received, and I have found it almost impossible to find a phone number to query where it is at. The tracker system now seems to suggest that the parcel was damaged, so I have no idea what is going on. I only place the order because you are suggesting a guaranteed 24 hour delivery and eight days after the order was placed and I have not received any information from you. Can you look into this the order number is 25286

Hello Mairead, We took a look into your order and can see it did ship on the 14th. You would have received a tracking email when your item shipped. We have forwarded this email on to you again. You can see your tracking is showing the item delivered on the 15th. We have reached out to the courier company for signature verification. In the meantime we would suggest checking with a neighbor. We will be in touch shortly.

It took almost a week to get my order despite receiving a message from the courier to say it was in the delivery van two days after I placed order. Emailed Molloys and received a it’s not our problem response from so called customer service. Never again..
