It would be nice if I could use my gift voucher in store. Other well known shops in your industry allow gift vouchers to be used online and in store. I'll stick to that other well known shop for my booze needs in future.

Product is good and reasonably priced but the people I was gifting them to didn’t need to know that: price stickers were on every bundle box. I don’t know if this was due to incompetence or neglect, either way it really annoyed me.

This is specifically about the craft beer advent calendar. Not the shop or employees. You can buy 24 cans of crafties for half the price than what they'll charge you for the advent calendar. Look at other adult advent calendars, like make up, beauty sets, aftershave ones, you get a deal with all of them. Doesn't seem to be the case here though.

I was disappointed that the original two types of 24Ice products were unavailable after the order for same had been accepted. I was reasonably satisfied with the alternative offered and the rest of the order was fine.

Parcel was delivered and placed behind the bin with no notice at all, so failure in delivery was claimed after a week ...

The shop is amazing...the couriers on the other hand are NOT. I watched them throw my order over my front garden wall into some shrubbery. My gate was open, my car was parked out the front and I was home. Only for I saw them do it I would never have known my order had arrived.

As a recently diagnosed coeliac I ordered samples of gluten free beers. The delivery arrived in a cardboard box. Inside the box was a carrier display box with handles. When I lifted it out by the handles the bottom gave way and 3 of the 6 samples were burst on tiled floor. Apart from that great service just disappointing

Dubonnet is my aunts favourite drink and this is the only place that still stocks it. the 8 euro delivery is a bit steep

Much confusion about the first delivery. Order placed too late for pre Christmas but the notice said delivery would restart 6th Jan. I emailed about 13 Jan, a week later, to ask where the delivery was. I have had no reply since then to my email. I then phoned a few days later, to get a call back later saying that in fact, Craft Beer deliveries would resume at the end of the month. So from an order that was placed admittedly very close to Christmas, I can't actually comment on the product or delivery as nothing received except a flurry of emails in the last day or so and two requests for reviews! I would have preferred a reply to my email of 6th Jan.

I was disappointed with the lack of response to a couple of questions that I submitted to your ASK and then your dispatch sent my billing address to the couriers instead of my son's address in Taghmon. Eventually via emails the couriers and myself sorted out the mix up.

Placed an order on the 27th October. Received an email indicating the order had been shipped on the 28th October. Order not received.
