My order has not been received, and I have found it almost impossible to find a phone number to query where it is at.
The tracker system now seems to suggest that the parcel was damaged, so I have no idea what is going on.
I only place the order because you are suggesting a guaranteed 24 hour delivery and eight days after the order was placed and I have not received any information from you.
