“I've no issue with the product or Molloy's. My issue was with the courier..they lied about an attempted delivery as there was someone at the delivery address on the day. And they delivered the next day, claiming a signature but there wasn't anyone home as they are now travelling so I don't know who has, if anyone, the delivery.”

“Still have not received order. Last update on tracker from Fastway was Friday 8th August were they reported it damaged but no information since.”

“Delivery time way too slow, ordered on Thursday a.m delivered following Monday. Fastway is not so Fast and confused recipient and billpayers names in text messages.”

“Expensive enough. I tried to use the next day delivery app and it wouldn't open. I ordered using normal delivery and it took 6 days.”

“Molly’s actually packed it up nicely. However, between the order being placed and the courier they used (Fastway) the was more than 10 days. Too slow!”

“Disappointed by the service. Didn’t receive delivery confirmation, emailed to request one and still haven’t received it. Delivery / gift arrived but no message left therefore the family members didn’t know whom the gift was form. I would like to speak to someone in relation to this as This order is a monthly beer subscription and would like to issues addressed!”

“Ordered Lime juice amongst other items as part of a Christmas gift, didn’t unwrap it so was disappointed to be told it was Lemon juice when gifted, more attention to detail needed when sending out orders.”

“Bought 15 cans of Dungarvan in mid november 2021. They sent me cans with expiring date December 21.. Not cool these are old cans very close to expiring date”

“I ordered from them on friday the 7th and was told 3 day delivery but it’s now friday the 14th and my order is still not here. I ordered things for this weekend so it was a waste.”

“The website looked good and it was easy to navigate but it gave no indication when the delivery would be made - 2 days later my order was delivered. This is extremely mis leading as you sense that you will get the order fulfilled immediately. Expressly state that its a 48hr turnaround or offer an express service - which when it comes to alcohol in Ireland, I presume is what is needed/wanted by your customers. Moreover, you are competing with Deliveroo but with your 48hr delivery time, it is not much of a competition.”
