“A good company to deal with, although it has gotten a bit expensive recently. The cost of my order went up significantly after my first order. But good overall.”

“Product and price were great value for money. Star taken away due to delivery choice of Molloys. Couriers delivered product to incorrect address, a complaint lodged but no response and only for an honest recipient arriving to my door with it late that evening I mightn't have seen the purchase.”

“Slightly odd positive review as the item I ordered was never delivered - this was no fault of Mollys, but rather the courier company entrusted with the delivery. Molly's customer service over this issue was fantastic, quick and helpful, bringing things to a satisfactory conclusion in little over an hour. Will be using them in the future, hopefully they'll have changed couriers by then! Edit : A couple of hours later the item arrived, I'm putting that down to Molloys following up with the Courier company, thanks all!”

“I have sent many gifts from Molloys and the recipients are always delighted. This last time there was a delay as the couriers mis-sorted my parcel - but Molloys dealt with my query about it very efficiently and also compensated me with complimentary shipping on my next order, which I thought was class.”

“Wasn't in a hurry for the delivery and after 2 days received a call from the company to let me know that it was running a bit late. Appreciated the update but like I say I wasn't in a hurry. The order arrived and the delivery driver was very pleasant and had a quick chat about the weather.”
