“We as a Community Centre had to wait for nearly a month I would say for the delivery of the goods. When I was contacted by the lady to say that the chairs were going to be delivered she said that they did not kno0w that we had paid for the chairs. That seemed a very strange thing for a company to admit to. do they not have processes in place stop this happening. not very good for the customer. really not good if you want the customer to return.”

“An area of development would be to ensure the assembly instructions are incorporated within the delivery. I had to call your office to get details, which they sent, but the details did not contain all assembly details eg how to attach the wheels.”

“Thank you Mogo Direct for a very fast, prompt and welcoming service. Having ordered my items online I received a telephone call to arrange delivery. My order came today and the drive phoned me and in doing so I feel went that extra step to ensure I received my goods. All items we safely packaged and came on one palate.
