“Excellent chairs, great service”

“I saw the product on the website and had some questions to ask. I sent off the queries from their website by email. I did this in the evening one day and was surprised to received a prompt reply first thing the following morning. I also wanted to ask about how to get delivery on my required day and so I phoned. I did have to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes - I didn't realise how many people are calling up about furniture/ Anyway my queery again was answered and I placed my order. I had confirmation of the delivery day and the table was delivered on the day. As regards the product, it was as described on the website and is very sturdy and well made. I am very pleased with the product, and the service so pleased to highly recommemd the company”

“The product is fine but the process from pre order to deleivery was complex. Multiple emails contradicting each other, wrong item confirmed, no one answering the phone despite 30 min hold time and being asked to leave voicemail messages for a call back, delivery slots cancelled but then having a partial delivery turn up. I've only been able to have contact by email and given the problems with incorrect emails I really wanted to speak to a human.”

“Someone - of posisbly superhuman strength had managed to fold one of our chairs the wrong way and broken the "saddle bungs" that are designed to prevent this. Replacements are available and very reasonably priced at 42p each on the website. However, delivery would have been £12. I rang Mogo and a very helpful lady called Seema helped me to order 20 replacements and reduced the postage to a much more reasonable £5. She kept in touch to confirm progress of my order which arrived very quickly and replaced the broken chair with several spares should other members of the Marvel Universe visit our church and attempt to miss-fold the chairs!”

“The chairs were very nice. But the delivery was dreadful. Chairs hanging out of one box and left outside in street despite me giving instructions saying if not there buzz and leave in lobby. Nearly returned them not impressed. Talk to your courier company!!!”

“Team were good but delivery not -despite me being very clear the delivery address was in central london and they could not take a pallet delivery and it being confirmed before Order on the phone the driver would remove the goods from the pallet. A rude driver dumped the pallet on the busy street and drove Off.”

We understand that deliveries on pallets can be tricky in certain locations, but we tend to deliver our Crossback Chairs this way to help avoid damage to the chairs in transit (chairs wrapped individually for parcelised deliveries are more susceptible to knocks and bumps!).
