I haven’t received the fold up desk and chair delivery should of been on 29th July and I worked from home that day. I phoned on Friday evening and left a message so hopefully will be told why my order didn’t turn up.

Ordered on next day delivery 1 week ago. Still no sign of item, no emails received other than the invoice and no response from Mogo when trying to find out where my order is. Very disappointed.

Failed to deliver the chairs on time. Still not been delivered. Hopefully we will get them soon.

We invited 3 suppliers to provide quotations for tables, chairs, stage and trolleys for our new village hall. We decided not to go with Mogo Direct because on close inspection of the quotation I noticed that VAT had been added on to some items twice! I pointed this out and gave feedback to customer services. We did receive an apology but we then decided to go elsewhere for the items. One week later we received from Mogo Direct 2 spam emails with links to 'WeTransfer' files. Only after I questioned why we had received these emails, Mogo Direct responded with the message 'Please note that this IS A SPAM message and I strongly advise that you do not open any files, and delete this email IMMEDIATELY'. These actions do not exactly inspire confidence in Mogo Direct. We certainly won't be using them.

We are really sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service provided. We appreciate that human error can be cause for frustration but having realised our error in the VAT calculations, your quotation was rectified within a matter of minutes and sent straight back to you. We like to think that this is an attentive and dedicated service but again, we understand that you do not feel the same way and apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. With regards to the spam emails you've received, unfortunately there are issues beyond our control and we can only apologise for the 2 unwanted emails you have received. Our sincere apologies for the intrusion. We are pleased that you have now placed an order elsewhere and been able to source the items you wanted and needed. Pre-sales support was really outstanding but it took the warehouse three attempts to ship the complete order. This meant inconveniencing somebody three time to be up very early in the morning to sign for deliveries as well as organizing people for unpacking on three separate occasions. I would have think twice before recommending Mogo because of the logistics issues.

Good morning, We arranged a date for delivery and it didn't come. I requested to my work to work at home on Friday 14th only to wait this delivery. I called to Mogo at 17h on Friday and no answer. As I'm not able to request another day to wait for the delivery could you please make a proposal to deliver the table? I'm able to be at my place from Monday to Friday after 19h or the weekends. I've booked a day off especially to receive my delivery and it never arrived on the day. I've stayed in all day for absolutely nothing. I've lost a holiday too! I tried to call the office a hundred times but no one ever responded. Absolutely appalling service...

Over the phone/internet sale went smoothly but delivery was a nightmare. Order was placed for some round tables (in stock) Tuesday morning for a next day delivery and email confirmation was received. We had a big wedding all day Saturday and needed to get the room prepared early as per bride and grooms request. Nothing arrived Wednesday so I phoned Thursday morning to be told there was an issue and it would be later that day, still nothing. Phoned Friday morning to be told it would be with us by 2pm. 2pm came and passed still no delivery, getting quite worried now as the bride and groom were pressing to see the finished room and we still had no top tables. I phoned Mogo who were very helpful but had been told by the courier that the delivery would not get delivered today as the delivery driver had a doctors appointment and had to finish early!!!! At this point I got the number of the courier (logistics company (M+H Logistics) from your helpful member of staff and spoke to M + H Logistics ltd Dundee directly. They confirmed the delivery (now 3 days overdue) would not be delivered until tomorrow at the earliest but the delivery was in their yard and I could collect. On arrival at their yard (40 mins away) I was told the package was not actually there but still on the back of a truck in a Garage/Workshop on the other side of Dundee (15 mins away from Depot). I managed to collect the tables from the back of the truck whist it was in the workshop and then head back to the venue. A massive inconvenience due to the fact I had a lot of work to do for the wedding which was delayed due to this. Your staff were as helpful as they could have been (no complaints) but I have lost faith in ordering from you as the delivery was such a nightmare. Shame!

Everything! It would be easier to say what went right which were the bits I was in control of! No confidence in the company's ability to respond to queries in a clear and helpful manner. The incorrect items were delivered one week ahead of schedule without prior notification. It's a devil's job trying to get them taken away and the right items re-delivered. They have asked that I speak with their manufacturer's directly to resolve myself. Outrageous. Having asked to speak with a Manager, there is no one available. Avoid ordering with this company until they sort themselves out. Good customer service is vital as there is a lot of choice out there.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree that customer service is vital and we pride ourselves on providing this (you will see many other reviews that attest to this). Your order for meeting tables was fulfilled directly by the manufacturer and unusually they did deliver earlier than requested so they agreed to collect them. The reason for asking to speak with the manufacturer was so that they could help talk you through labelling up the boxes to be returned as this is not a process that is handled by us. We're sorry that you have not been satisfied with the service you have received but we will continue to look after your order for you until you are satisfied.
