Despite me specifically requesting this table to be put in our Greenhouse by the delivery company it was left out in torrential rain. The box that it came in disintegrated but the table itself seems ok

70 chairs ordered, 69 delivered, 2 slightly damaged. I asked for an hours notice of this delivery as it was to an empty village hall and I live a half hour drive away. No notice, and wrong person was telephoned when lorry arrived.Given a further delivery date, waited all day for notification of delivery, no contact at all and no delivery. Telephoned Mogo next morning and another delivery date given. Again asked for one hour notice of delivery as I was going to ask someone to be there. Telephone call when the delivery arrived to empty hall and I had to return from a trip out. You obviously have a major communication problem. I would not recommend your company despite chairs being satisfactory.

Dear Jemu, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have checked on the status of your order and can see that this was placed on the 3rd May. It was dispatched the following day and delivery was attempted on Friday 5th May @ 14:42 and a card left as there was no reply. I'm pleased to confirm that your order has been loaded onto a van this morning and delivery will be attempted again today (Tuesday 9th May). The chairs arrived on time, however i see a tiny part with paint comes off and rust formed on it.

When I placed the order delivery was for Wednesday 26/1 however, the confirmation of the order was for Friday 28/1 between 8.00-18.00 hours, I waited in all morning for the delivery at 12.17 hours a text said the delivery would be Monday 31/1. Very poor service I would not purchase from Moho again.

Very impressed with the product and with the customer service at Mogo Direct. Unfortunately, they employed a bunch of cowboys to deliver who completely let everyone down. The deleivery company were late and got the delivery wrong, and this unfortunately refelcts on Mogo.

Hard to review as I’ve still yet to receive my order. However, disappointed by the stealth VAT, and then shipping charges (with VAT added) revealed late in the online ordering process. Add 20% plus £12 shipping to get an idea of actual price when ordering.

The ordering process was very easy using a combination of phone and email. But the delivery arrangements were a nightmare - delivered on the wrong day and then lots of broken promises about getting the chairs picked up and re-delivered. In fairness, Mogo tried to help get things sorted with their supplier, but we were messed around so much we couldn’t recommend.

Left the table i ordered outside in Covent Garden on the floor not even outside our shop - wasn't found for an hour. Rang to complain and the response was 'couldn't do anything about it' even though I asked for delivery to be refunded as people were walking over the table.

was told delivery was to be 19th now 20th 13.00hrs no email etc to explain why late or when new delivery will be made

We as a Community Centre had to wait for nearly a month I would say for the delivery of the goods. When I was contacted by the lady to say that the chairs were going to be delivered she said that they did not kno0w that we had paid for the chairs. That seemed a very strange thing for a company to admit to. do they not have processes in place stop this happening. not very good for the customer. really not good if you want the customer to return.

I booked a delivery of tables for Friday13th June. At1200, I received a call to say that the driver could not make it and that delivery would now be on Monday. Having wasted half a day waiting, I had to reinforce that the next delivery date that I wanted was Friday 20th May. Disappointed with the late notification of delivery. Having already got one of the tables, the product is fine.

Goods arrived in good condition. However, I was informed that it was an all day delivery, which is quite inconvenient. However, I agreed to wait all day for my delivery and nothing arrived as expected. I wasted a whole day for it to arrive the next day. Very poor delivery service.
