“Phone ordering service was great, however delivery driver very unhelpful, despite a request to ring half an hour before delivery this did not happen & delivery was left on roadside as he was not prepared to wait for the gates and building to be opened.”

“Nothing to complaint about except that I requested an VAT invoice and was told it would be emailed when the goods were depsatched............10 days ago......still waiting!”

“Mogo were excellent at keeping me informed about delivery times. The folding tables we purchased are very sturdy and have a minimal amount of space taken up underneath with the folding leg brackets. The wooden tops are smooth and shiny (except for the inserted metal discs) and we are delighted that we bought them. Thank you!”

“The tables were purchased for a community group, they have responded, they were a perfect size, fold nicely, good locking spring for secure erection, good strong carry handle. Although the speckled effect makes them look dirty, plain would have been better.”

“Delivered on the day but in 2 separate deliveries. Confusing that I was expecting the delivery at 1.30pm but there was one at 8.30am as well. Tables first, chairs in the afternoon.”

“Everything! It would be easier to say what went right which were the bits I was in control of! No confidence in the company's ability to respond to queries in a clear and helpful manner. The incorrect items were delivered one week ahead of schedule without prior notification. It's a devil's job trying to get them taken away and the right items re-delivered. They have asked that I speak with their manufacturer's directly to resolve myself. Outrageous. Having asked to speak with a Manager, there is no one available. Avoid ordering with this company until they sort themselves out. Good customer service is vital as there is a lot of choice out there.”

Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree that customer service is vital and we pride ourselves on providing this (you will see many other reviews that attest to this). Your order for meeting tables was fulfilled directly by the manufacturer and unusually they did deliver earlier than requested so they agreed to collect them. The reason for asking to speak with the manufacturer was so that they could help talk you through labelling up the boxes to be returned as this is not a process that is handled by us. We're sorry that you have not been satisfied with the service you have received but we will continue to look after your order for you until you are satisfied. “Very happy with the items we purchased and extremely happy with the service in particular. We had an issue with the order when our Broadband crashed in the middle of making the order but when we rang your office you couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service and would happily recommend this company”

“The trestle table arrived on the day requested. A very well made product. The only small problem was minor damage to the table where the packaging was punctured. Maybe sturdier packaging would avoid this”
