Good service but delivered damaged 2out of 3 on ends should have protectors attached ??

I am happy with the tables, although I would have preferred white, but only grey was shown on the website. I was subsequently told that white was available, but only after I had ordered the grey. I was charged and paid and received an invoice confirming this, only to be told that they had forgotten to add on VAT. I paid the extra and was positively confirmed delivery on Friday. When the delivery didn't happen, I enquired, only to be told they had been delivered to the wrong depot and would come Tuesday. When they came, the lorry couldn't get to our house and needed to leave them some 150 meters away. the cost of delivery has been refunded but I would rather have had the right bill and the correct delivery date.

The tables we purchased are excellent, however I have only given you three stars as originally we were given a delivery date and we waited all day for this to arrive at the centre which did not happen and then I received an email later in the week to say that it would be the following week. Not very good customer care, if you were unable to deliver when expected, a telephone call should have been issued to stop someone being at the centre all day.

The order process was not straightforward and it was difficult to contact anyone when we had a query. However, we are very happy with the chairs that we have purchased and they have already been put to good use.

Although not promised, they said they would try and deliver in the morning but the delivery was after 4pm on the due date. The product was as described.

Aesthetically the table is very nice. However I find it very heavy and not easy to manage alone. I also don't feel that the lock on the legs when it is standing is secure enough and I have found the legs caving in when I try to move it. There is room for improvement.

I am pleased with the product as it matches the description well. I was not however pleased to have waited indoors from 8.00 til 18.00 and beyond The item was eventually delivered at 14.00 the next day. There was no apology and the delivery driver blamed his satnav!

The initial sales process was very good, communication was responsive and queries answeres promptly (including sample chair). However, we have not received our order. It is not easy to give feedback when we have not received the chairs. When we paid for the order we were told that delivery would be under 3 weeks. Once payment has been made,, it has been confirmed that delivery would be at least 4 weeks if not 5. This is very deceptive.

Further to the review received, we are sorry to hear that you feel the delivery lead time was not clear. As you have placed an order for bespoke, made-to-order chairs, the lead time is greater than normal and we believe this was explained over a phone call. Added to this, we have seen a recent spike in demand owing to schools and community organisations re-organising themselves in response to COVID-19, before they reopen. We have, of course, informed you of the estimated delivery date as soon as we have become aware of the situation. We do appreciate your feedback, however, and will endeavour to make our delivery lead times clearer going forward. Products were in good condition, however 1 of the items had been opened. As item was delivered in a box that had been left open and product exposed. I would be wary buying from company again as no quality checks operated. Other item also arrived in a bruised and battered box.

Delivery was 1 day late You need to reinforce the packaging around the corners of tables my package was ripped open at each corner due to rough handling during transit and one corner of table was scraped

At the moment we have not put the feet on the tables. However want to point out that the postage charge was really extravagant as they are not that heavy. Think you should find other ways of delivery.

Delivered on the day but in 2 separate deliveries. Confusing that I was expecting the delivery at 1.30pm but there was one at 8.30am as well. Tables first, chairs in the afternoon.
