“They have really good products at amazing prices. I bought four wooden chairs, best price on the market, arrived in time and very well packed. Delivery not over charged. Highly recommend this website. First time I used them, surely not the last.”

“I really loved the chair but the issue is that you can't track the delivery time or the driver. I'd like to know that so that it won't affect my schedule but it was a nice chair. Thank you 🙏🏼”

“I ordered a bench from you after reading great reviews. The delivery date was set for Friday and after reading your E mail saying if delivery was attempted and no one was in I may be charged so decided to take time off work. No delivery has been made!!! I've E mailed and got a reply saying it had been delivered but it clearly hasn't and nothing through door or anything!!”

While we work incredibly hard to ensure a fuss-free and smooth order and delivery process, unfortunately delays with deliveries do happen from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control. We do understand how frustrating this is, especially when you have made arrangements to be available to take the delivery on the agreed date. Despite your item being mis-routed by the carrier, I'm pleased to learn that our Customer Services team were able to arrange for delivery of a new bench soon afterwards. “Excellent company to buy from. The order was delivered very quickly, and although there was an error (entirely my mistake), the team couldn’t do enough to help us and within days everything was sorted and we are delighted with the product.
