“I ordered a 4 part set of tables from Mogo direct and they gave me an estimated time of delivery. When the delivery deadline wasn’t met, I emailed them requesting an update and their customer care staff responded promptly, apologizing and updating me on the delivery status. Fast forward to when my parcels finally arrived, I was blown away by how sturdy the tables were. I mean I have bought many tables in the past from very reputable companies but Mogo is by far the best at furniture production because I am positive that mine will outlive me. Special SHOUT OUT to Seema who not only responded to my emails on time and addressed my concerns, but provided a prompt and positive solution. You are amazing. Thank you.”

“Very helpful sent two sample chairs so we could see the quality. I liked the idea of being sent samples as purchasing online is quite difficult to know which is the most suitable product. The only down side is the phone system as I wasn't able to get through to place the order so had to email and ask to be called back so I could make payment over the phone. Efficient delivery and helpful delivery driver who unpacked the pallet and put all the boxes of chairs inside. That was extremely helpful as I wasn't there when they were delivered and those that were are very elderly - so a big thank you. Pallet taken away so another plus. Very pleased with the quality of the chairs hope they withstand good use over the coming years. Many thanks . I am pleased to have eventually secured this order as have had a lot of heartache with another company over many months not something I would wish on anyone.”

“We ordered 28 blue padded cahirs, complete with storage trolley, for use in our Church centre. They have been much admired since their arrival and are very comfortable as well as being easy to set out, put away and store. There was a delay in receipt of our order due to a manurfacturing issue, but we were kept informed by Mogo and revised delivery date organised.”

“I ordered a bench from you after reading great reviews. The delivery date was set for Friday and after reading your E mail saying if delivery was attempted and no one was in I may be charged so decided to take time off work. No delivery has been made!!! I've E mailed and got a reply saying it had been delivered but it clearly hasn't and nothing through door or anything!!”

While we work incredibly hard to ensure a fuss-free and smooth order and delivery process, unfortunately delays with deliveries do happen from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control.
