“So far so good awaiting delivery”

“we are in the process of having a new kitchen designed and to reduce costs i decided to purchase my own kitchen devices. therfore spent a bit of time surfing the net for competitive prices. we knew the make and model number we required and everytime modern living was the cheapest fr the appliances. therfore we entered all of the appliance in to our basket and i called modern living to see if there was any further discount on the bosch appliances we had in our bin. Craig from modern living said leave it with me and i will see what i can do with the price. he called me back and was able to negotiate a further discoutn with the bosch sales people, therfore we dully ordered the equipment and waited for our delivery, this went very well with the delivery driver calling us 1 hour prior to our delivery slot. all items delivered in a safe and secure pallet delivery. oh i also for got to mention Craig was able to advise us with regards to the vented induction kit we would require the venting kit with thiis purchase. (great work fella) we also recived a set of bosch induction pots and pans free gratis. i will defo use this company again good corteoues service from a great company Tom M”

“Excellent Friendly Service. I phoned and asked lead time for a microwave delivery. The lady checked stock, contacted supplier and called back at agreed time to detail when we would expect if ordered that day. Ordered that very day and it arrived just as she had stated. Exceptional. Very pleased will service and product. Thanks”

“There was a slight delay receiving our goods but the company let us know and apologised and sent us out some free pans! We are delighted with our pans and cooker hood. It was the best price around and it looks amazing in our new kitchen in time for Christmas! Thank you”

“Excellent Service; our item was out of stock but the Manager rang me to tell me and said he would source it as quickly as possible. Within a week I had my new hob and just before Christmas so excellent 5 out 5!”

“Not only were these guys very price competitive but their follow up service booking delivery dates was first class and to top it off the delivery men this morning couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful! All in all a first class experience. Icing on the cake is my electrician is available same day to install it! I must have done something good this week!”

“Very pleased with the bath, which was bought on recommendation from my builder. A good price. Delivered exactly when they said it would be. The staff care deeply about providing a good service, and were very helpful when i spoke to them on the phone”

“Bought Bosch Shelves for a Bosch Oven - Cheapest I could find on internet £4 cheaper than Bosch. Free Delivery - Ordered Sunday Night delivered Tuesday, very well packed. Excelent price, Excellent Delivery Time, Excellant Packinging = Excellent Service. Thank You”

Many thanks for the review. We do really well with these in our showroom rather than online - i think it's probably because when customers get hands on with them they are reassured about the build quality more than just seeing the picture online. All the Scott & James taps are very good and we do recommend them.

“My purchase was for an integrated dishwasher for a second home and this was supplied at a competitive price, including delivery which was to my timescale and I was kept well informed as to timing which was suitable to my programming. The driver was both efficient and courteous and I would have no hesitation in using Modern Living again and recommend them to others.”

“Excellent service, Craig was most helpful and answered all my questions in a very competent manner. The delivery arrived on the day it was due and my new oven is now awaiting installation. If only the electrician was as diligent as Craig!”
