“Customer service was excellent - Michael in particular deserves a mention. They were able to fulfill a small but extremely urgent supply issue. The goods arrived approx. an hour beyond eta (we're a long way from the depot) but it meant work on site could be completed.”

“I specifically requested the delivery was left at the rear door as I didn’t expect to be home. It was left at the front, uncovered in the rain and when we reviewed the camera, the driver didn’t even knock.”

“Cheap. Waste pipe was too small in diameter for standard sink fixing and pipe was flimsy - had to be replaced before sink was fitted. Sink itself ok.”
