“Ordered a pair of boots which took longer than expected due to being sent from another store. Kept updated regularly about the delivery. Once received they were a little big around the calf. Returned to store and refunded. I purchased another pair from store, and in the sale which was good. My refund was received after a few days. Good service and great prices, and I love the boots, excellent quality. I have ordered a few pairs of shoes online previously and never had a problem.”

“Had many shoes and boots from moda and pelle. Great quality shoes and very comfortable. Order online now after the shop nearby closed. Always easy to order online but I do miss looking around the shop.”

“I ordered some lovely gold trainers,they are so comfortable and will look good with dressers or some white or cream jeans. I ordered them on the Saturday and I got them on the Tuesday what great service.”

“I ordered two pairs of boots that arrived mouldy so sadly I was unable to try them on. Contacted customer services who where very helpful and returned to store. The staff there were also very helpful. Didn't purchase a replacement and still waiting for a refund but hope to buy some more at a later date.”
