“The online shopping and ordering experience was seamless. I bought three items intending to keep all of them, but one pair did not fit so I returned them, which also went seamlessly. However, it took two emails and an extraordinary length of time to receive a refund. That is the reason for four stars and not five stars. Please note that the quality of the footwear is wonderful and I am very pleased with them and I may have just been unfortunate to have experienced difficulties obtaining a refund on this occasion.”

“The sandals I got were really lovely. I was very impressed by the packaging - shoes were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with extra tissue over the buckles. First order with Moda In Pelle- will definately be reordering.”
