“I had to wait for my refund for nearly a month..in the end I went to my bank who are dealing with the refund..I will not be coming back here for anything... still haven't heard a word about payment.. you are very quick to take money shame you are not as quick returning it poor service very poor”

“Fabulous quality shoes - had boots & sandals - as if they’re made for me ! So comfy & soft . Drawback is delivery - EVRI . They wouldn’t leave without signing & was over a week to get my delivery . As I was at work .”

“I ordered boots back in August, they got lost at evri depot which evri confirmed. Your help desk has been extremely slow at replying to my emails and concerns regarding my order. As yet I still haven't received my boots after early last week staying you could deliver them in 48 hours. No boots have arrived and I haven't had another communication. Really poor customer care.”

“Order shoes on the 22nd August, contacted via email a week later when they hadn’t arrived, contacted again another week later, waited another week for a reply, phone number doesn’t work, nobody replies to emails. Live chat doesn’t get any response either. Shoes finally sent out on a next day delivery but one has glue all over the front. I just can’t be bothered to send them back for a replacement pair. Absolutely awful service, never used to be like that with Moda. Shocking 😳”

“Love Moda products...own around 20 in all...fabulous quality, style and colours...however, of a dozen recently purchased items, three were smaller fitting..couldn't contact Moda by phone...so have tried to stretch two of the pairs myself...the third..Abrini..was, I believe, a whole size smaller..so will give them away..I will still purchase Moda, as I do love them...but will be more cautious..”

“The trainers I have ordered are great, so comfy, it's like wearing slippers all day long! Luckily they were on sale, but if not, I would have got them nevertheless! Great quality, versatile -either in office attire or more casual looking outfits!”

“I returned the boots as they were too small , I have proof of postage, proof of delivery and they've acknowledged that they've received the boots but No REFUND!! its been neatly 4 weeks, they don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails , absolutely awful customer service.”

“I was so delighted with my boots that I bought two more pairs in different colours. The same thing happened when I bought sandals. It is rare to find shoes that are beautiful but also comfortable. The quality as fabulous and well worth the price.”
