“Absolutely shocking to deal with. Approx a month after returning shoes (which they confirmed receipt of and Royal Mail tracking proved) they still hadn't refunded. Broken promises and lack of response. I was forced to make a paypal claim. Lovely shoes but avoid. Not sure if they are incompetent or on the verge of another administration.”

“Bought 3 pairs of trainers in the sale, which I am very happy with. I ordered 2 sizes in one of the styles. The Order was dispatched 5 days later, delivered 8 days later, a lot longer than most companies. I needed to return the larger size and that was on the 5th September, to a moda in pelle store. I'm still waiting for my refund; it's now the 25th September!! No response to my email as yet sent on 23rd September, so not great service all round!!”

“I absolutly love Moda in Pella and the very quick service too and have been shopping here for years. I have had so many shoes, pumps and boots over the years. I am just waiting on two pairs to arrive and also have a 2 new ones at home I haven't worn yet, and can't wait to wear, I am just planning the outfit to go with the shoes :-) Super quality, comfort and beautiful design.”

“Absolutely love Moda In Pelle! I mainly buy their Bezzie boots ( 5 and counting 🤭) - their leather is so soft and comfortable to wear . I bought summer sandals this year - again for the soft leather and comfy sole - and have worn them lots . They wear well and I would highly recommend this brand for quality , confort , trendy designs & colours !”

“Don't buy if you think you may need to return any item, you will have a long wait for your refund. Still waiting for mine since returning two pairs of trainers by Evri on 1st September, no reply to email from customer service as yet. ticket no 250668”

“The shoes I purchased from Moda in pelle are super comfortable and excellent quality leather. I normally get blisters when wearing new shoes even from high end brands but I was able to wear my modas without any problems straight out of the box. No wearing in required.”
