“Ordered 3 items, one was faulty initiated and paid for return however agent dealt with responded sporadically and unhelpfully. Waited a number of weeks to finally get an acknowledgement and process return. I haven’t purchased from moda in pellet for many years and won’t be purchasing from them again. Poor quality, sizing inaccurate and poor customer service.”

“After a month I still hadn't received the shoes I had ordered. I had contacted the courier Evri and they told me that my package was being sent back to the shop because a mistake was made and I had to contact the sender. Fortunately Moda in Pelle's customer service was very helpful and they were able to refund me within a day.”
