“I love looking at your products, especially the vast selection of boots. I'm often tempted to buy, but also often have to return items through poor fit. Size 5 too big and size 4 too small, so a half size needed please. I have found huge reductions in your sales often indicate a problem in design - boots that are impossible to get my very standard width feet into due to high sides for example. Perhaps a tip for these, such as 'would suit slim feet' would save customer and retailer time and effort.”

“So lovely to find all leather trainers. They are so comfortable, beautiful made and up to date. I have worn them now many times with culotte style jeans, dresses and trousers. Such a shame you do not have a shop any more. Your one in Bath was great and so we're the staff. You used to offer a loyalty card . Giving you discount when you had earned enough points (which I benefited from !) I have the years I have had shoes high and low, sandals, boots ( ankle and long) . trainers . Your styles and fit suit my feet 100%”

“Loved my silver loafers great quality just came up a little small and needed a 42 which they don’t do. Normally all my other Moda in pelle’s are a perfect fit at 41. Sad to have missed out on another pair of great shoes.”
