“Another lovely shoe from my favorite shop...!!! I purchased these for my Daughter, as she is going to be a Bridesmaid in October, she wore them around the house all day and said that they were comfortable and perfect to wear allday and dancing into the evening... and that they were true to size and a bargain in the sale.”

“Ordered 2 pair of pewter brogues to decide on one of them as they were slightly difference designs …extravagant I know I couldn’t resist and kept both !!! Love Love Love …They’re both extremely comfortable and very well made I would most definitely recommend this brand and buy more again Recommend pewter colour compatible with any colour outfit The ones with the white soles adds a casual sophistication suitable all year and the other dark soled one will no doubt elevates my Winter outfits …just perfect …and at half price what’s not to like ….Happy Lady”

“I love the sales! And I was able to purchase a pair of shoes online (twice - needed to size up) and return the others to my local store! Both excellent service. And also a pair of "bling" wedge trainers! Just had a lovely compliment on them so THANKS! X”

“Never received my purchase. I purchased shoes at the end of July. After many emails, unanswered, still no shoes. Trying again to contact Moda nobody answering phones. In 22nd August I was told they were arranging next day delivery. They have given me a 30 per cent voucher. Still no shoes, absolutely disgusted with the company. I give up.”

“I have found the experience stressful, disappointing, unprofessional and not very likely that I'd ever buy anything from your company again. I returned a parcel nearly a month ago and still haven't had a refund even after sending you proof of postage and proof of delivery at your warehouse. I've sent countless emails but it seems even that hasn't prompted the refund. Your returns system is shocking and needs overhauling. I await my refund. I also, unbelievably, had to pay to return a wrong item that was sent to me. You sent me the wrong shoes, and then I'm responsible for the return postage??? Something definitely not right there!”

“I was in your meadowhall branch 8/8/25 and purchased a lovely bag in the sale. A wonderful assistant kindly got me a new one out the back that had not been taken out the package. I then saw the perfect sandals for my daughters wedding in new stock. I decided to buy them and as I couldn't use my 20% off on line discount I was given 10% off. As the only pair in my size had been worn in the shop I was also ordered a brand new unworn pair. That made the sandals even more special. Fantastic service and stock! Thankyou”

“The quality of the merchandise is excellent, but sadly I had to return the item as they did not fit. Unfortunately, the return process to obtain a refund is over complex necessitating an additional response to the type of refund required.”
