“Returned my order because the boots did not fit. Did not received my refund for almost three weeks, and only after I opened a PayPal dispute. Impossible to get any response from customer service phone line or online chat, and emails ignored. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. No apology at all for the poor service. Will never purchase anything from Moda in Pelle again.”

“The boots are stylish, high quality, and affordable. My only suggestion would be to offer return labels for their US customers; shipping the shoes costs about $17, which is reasonable, but it can cost more than $60 to return them via UPS.”

“It was easy ordering online and picking up in store. I found this particularly helpful for trying them on. The sales person was brilliant, it was so busy but she was really focused and helpful. I ended up not buying the shoes in the sale but somehow managing to walk out with two other pairs! Always find their shoes very comfortable. Just wish the sizing wasn't so weird. I end up having to buy a 5 when I'm usually a 6.”

“Extremely stylish shoes and leather has held up to beautifully, no cracking at all. Built in arch support is a massive plus and super comfortable. Leather stretches so shoes become roomier which is a shame.”
