“Lovely shop and staff at the Lytham shop. They were more than helpful. I ordered online then went into the shop to try the boots and shoes on. All the shoes are fantastic and high quality. I will be back again!! Happy customer x”

“Terrible customer service. Phone lines cut you off after 10 mins holding. I returned boots because they were not as advertised, purchased in mid January and STILL haven’t yet received my refund. Apparently this is normal.”

“I love the leather wedge trainers! Now onto my 7th pair. The delivery is superb and the customer service is fabulous. One pair have silver stars on the back. Twice I have requested replacement stars as I seem to knock them off on bar stools etc. They are only happy to oblige. My only issue, is this time I ordered a pair of £135 wedge trainers in a sale - the price was fantastic (£40). However when they arrived - they were man made and not leather. The website didnt state anything about the composition at all. I ordered them whilst on holiday, and by the time I returned home it was too late to return them.”
